Thought this cartoon was accurate in showing that all Americans (other than Native Americans perhaps) are immigrants. We have all come from somewhere else, although some of us have been here longer than others.

- I am 28 years old. I was born in Canada, in a little town called Beausejour in the province of Manitoba. I grew up in a few different small towns throughout southern Manitoba. After meeting my future wife I moved to Portland in September of 2003 and we were married March 27, 2004. We recently had a baby girl, Maya Kate, on March 22nd, 2008. I am an ELL teacher at Gresham and Springwater Trail high schools. I also attend Concordia University as part of the Master of Arts in Teaching evening program. I plan to graduate in the Spring of 2009. I love doing anything outdoors, especially hiking, backpacking, playing soccer, ultimate frisbee, and tennis.

I think that no matter where you come from or what color you are all of us should have the same rights. Why because everyone is an immigrant in this contry and so why not tread everybody the same? I also think that people that have been here longer always have more right then the people that have been here less time and that not right!
no i dont think that this picture is accuret cause not all mexcans are immigrants cause im not an immigrant and im a mexican i dont this that picture is true that is just not right for people to judging cause of the color of your skin

when I see this it makes me feel both sad and it also makes me laugh. It makes me sad because many people come to the United States to gey and start a better life. I know that we all come from other places and tekceclly we are all immarants. I some times think that they should close the border.
I think this because some people come to do negative things thing in the united States. I also make jokes about people who are immerants. Although my family are immarents I stil do it. I'm very compterable with peolpe saying or drawing this like the on that is on the blog.=]
I like the part where the indian men tells the white one that he help him to pack his staff because he's an immigrant like us as well.I still don't understand why are so many racist people that doesn't want immigarnts in this country if they don't get affected on what we do or don't do.wether they like or not like we'll stay here and we'll leave this county when we decide not when they want
I think that evryone have's the same right's.I thing no one have the right to judge other people because of their color's. Everyone is equal.

i thnik everybody needs to have the same rights. i also think that everyone should be welcome to any country.but i dont really think that cartoon joke is really funny.

I THINK THAT ALL OF US ARE IMMIGRANTS NO MATTER WHAT WE HAVE ACEPT THAT THATS FOR SURE AND ALL OF IF WERE NOT HOW COULD PEOPLE EAT OR WORK ON YOU LIKE AN OFFICE FOR THE PEOPLE TO WORK ON BECAUSE I NOW THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE WORK IN OFFICES HERE. THE ONLY THING I`M SAYING IS THAT WE ALL HAVE THE CHANCES TO BE HERE IT`S THE STATE OF FREEDOM!!!!..
well in my opinion it is wrong for peopl to send other people to where they are from because the world doesnot belong to anybody. so no body should get kicked out of the place they want to live in.
Oh wow I was laughing so hard when I read this!!!!!!Yeah its funny bcuz there alot of immigrants of differnt color and I was laughing because when people say immagrants the first thing that comes up in there minds are Mexicans but there not just Mexican there's differnt colored people that are immagrants!

I think that Ameicans should not be calling mexicans or other people from other states immegrant because Americans think they own the united states but they dont they are immegants to i think some one should show them that we are not the only once that are immegants they are to they just dont want to be immegats and they fell better if they blame it on some other people they need to now who they are for real.

This cartoon shows, that and tells every one that they are immigrants as well. But the thing is that, there are immigrants that are illegal in this country. What i think is that every one should have the chance to become a legal person, why? because every person of this country had a chance too become a legal person.
I think we should all have the right to be in the U.S and work cause that why we are here for!
